DESCRIPTION

ASD-9 is a new generation superplasticizer basedon polycarboxylate which is Colorless or light yellow liquid, which has been formulatedto comply with the requirements of GB8076-2008, GB8077-2000 inChina. ASD-9 iscompatible with the requirements of EN934-2 (Table 3.1 and 3.2) and ASTM C 494for Type F high range water reducing admixtures. ASD-9 is accordant with all cementsmeeting recognized international standards.

KEY BENEFITS

1. The product has very low sodium sulfate,almost non chlorine salt, non toxic, non corrosive, non sediment. Density ofthe product is 1.060 + 0.020g/ml.

2. The molecular structure of the product hasa great degree of freedom; the high performance potential of the product islarge. The controllable parameters are more in manufacturing technology.

3. The water reducing rate is above 30%. Inthe same condition of original strength of the concrete and same slump, theproduct can save cement usage amount about 20%.

4. The product is non ionic type and hasbetter adaptability to various cement. The slump loss is less than 60mm in 2hours on pumping concrete.

5. Using the product of the concrete is highplasticity, high quality of flowable, high strength (C60-C100), high elasticmodulus, high impermeability, low shrinkage, low creep, good durability.

TYPICALAPPLICATIONS

1. The product has a wide range ofadaptability to various cement, the product widely used in highly flowableconcrete, high strength concrete, high performance concrete, highimpermeability concrete, ready-mixed concrete, self compacting concrete, massconcrete, pumped concrete, wet sprayed concrete, prestressed reinforcedconcrete.

2. The product is suitable for preparationof C100 concrete, and all kinds of industrial and civil construction, waterconservancy, transportation, port, municipal and other projects.

3. The product is especially suitable for centrifugalsteamcuring concrete products.

4. The product is applied to the nationalkey construction projects, such as large reservoirs, large bridges, highbuildings and so on.

TECHNICAL DATA

APPLICATION GUIDELINE

1. Dosage: recommended ASD-9 dosage rangeis 0.5%-1.2% of cement usage amount. Commonly dosage range is 0.8% of cementusage amount. Dosage according to the quality of the cement and cement grade,the lower cement grade needs more ASD-9 dosage.

2. Trial concrete mixes must be carried outto determine the appropriate usage to meet concrete mix design requirement. Theuse of excess amount also can improve the concrete workability, but it willaffect the setting time of concrete. When replacing cement brand, it need test concreteto adjust ASD-9 dosage for mix design requirement.

3. The product can be first dissolved inwater as admixture to use. The product can be used directly into mixingconcrete with water. The concrete mix time need more 30 seconds. The productcan be joined delaying the mixing water 15-20 seconds in the mixing process; theeffect of concrete is remarkable.

4. In the construction process, immediatelycover and water the concrete after the concrete setting, prevent the concretesurface cracking or freezing in winter.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

1. The product is supplied in 200kg plasticdrum or 1000kg IBC barrel. Packaging size may vary subject to meet customerrequirements，but it needpre-order.

2. The product should be stored in warehouse, avoidingexposure. The stacking height is not more than 2 layers. The barrel requires aseal to prevent liquid from overflowing or evaporating.

3. The shelf life is a half year. If the product is overdue,it can be used after testing qualify.

2. Forbidden to eat, once eating theproduct by mistake, please drink plenty of water and push him vomit, go to seedoctors.
